Maryland & Vermont Join New Mexico To Allow Undocumented Immigrants To Get Driver’s Licenses

The Maryland legislature has passed legislation to allow immigrants to apply for a non-REAL ID driver’s license. The legislation is awaiting a decision from the governor.
