A proposed state Senate Joint Memorial that requires officials with the Children Youth and Families Department to present a report on foster-care decisions and issues to the interim Legislative Health and Human Services Committee will be the first item of action in the Senate Rules Committee in the upcoming 2014 Legislative Session.
