The Cliff HIgh boys’ basketball team made a trip to Santa Fe and were honored by the New Mexico Legislature for its recent Class A New Mexico High School State Basketball Championship. Along with Senator Howie Morales, Grant County Commissioner Brett Kasten was present along with head coach Brian Shock, assistant coach Chelsea Shock, players Logan Eggleston, Matt Gutierrez, Josh Neil, Heath Henderson, Gage Massey, Holt Shelley, Isaiah Miranda, Cody Turner, Tyger Parker, Derek Runyon, Jace Jenkins, Brett Perry, Taylor Barnwell, Roger Neil, Cassidy Lewis, A.J. Pierce and Garrett Palmer. This is Cliff’s 11th state title.
