    In an exchange of terse letters, the New Mexico House Republican leader and his Democratic counterpart in the Senate on Monday accused each other of stalling the legislative process.

    It’s the latest partisan dust-up in a legislative session colored by party-line divides, which could be a harbinger that little will get done before the session concludes in less than three weeks. The divergent priorities of Republicans, who control the House for the first time in 60 years, and Democrats in charge in the Senate threaten to kill many proposals with gridlock.
